- 2 cups raw cleaned pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp brown sugar - or Raw Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt - use SEA SALT. Any brand but must be SEA SALT.
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup - use REAL maple syrup not pretend syrup!
