Yum! This is my first time using pumpkin seed meal in my baking flour blend. I had called a couple of times and spoke with someone who answered all my questions about Gerbs Pumpkin Seed Meal. I belong to a group on Facebook that deals with oxalate information and on its spreadsheet, Gerbs Pumpkin Seed Meal is listed as very low in oxalates! That is great news! Anyway, I made some pumpkin seed meal/ Sunflour cookies the other day. My picky hubby said, " It's your best cookie yet!" I must say it tasted much better the day after.

Pumpkin Seed Meal Oh my, this is good! I use this Pumpkin Seed Meal for my protein drink every morning, and although I really, really like how finely-ground it is (because this helps it mix in smoothly) I absolutely LOVE it's delicious nutty-sweet flavor.
