Customer Satisfaction
At Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods, customer satisfaction is one of our primary goals. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase to the best of our ability. With that said, we are a small wholesale food manufacture without endless resources like some of the massive retail chains. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.
Please follow these three easy steps to return your item for return or exchange. Please note, Gerbs will only accept returns on unopened, unaltered product in its original Gerbs factory sealed packaging within 30 days of receiving the goods from Gerbs. After this time frame, you will need to qualify for special circumstances based upon your unique case.
Remember we are a Top 10 Food Allergy Free facility, cross contamination issues are one of our highest preventatives, thus please do not attempt to return opened packages, they will be documented, photographed and destroyed.
Step 1:
Please make a copy of your original sales receipt and any email correspondence pertaining to this return; and include these documents.
Step 2:
The customer assumes all return shipping fee’s back and forth to Gerbs. Box up your unopened merchandise. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return, depending upon your distance from our facility and the method of shipment. We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).
ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNOPENED, ANY OPENED OR PARTIALLY OPENED PRODUCT WILL BE REJECTED AND if you choose, will be RETURNED TO YOU WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

At Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods, protecting your personal information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only Gerbs Gourmet Seeds is able to decode your information. You will also notice that the entire Gerbs Gourmet Seeds website is secured with HTTPS, you’ll notice this in the upper left hand corner.

At Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods, your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.

How to Order
Ordering online from the Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you’ll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total dollar amount purchased so far. You will also be able to see which items are in stock and which items are awaiting replenishment. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.
Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for online purchases, as well as PayPal. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

At Gerbs Allergen Friendly Foods, most orders are processed ship out from our warehouse within 24-48 hours upon payment receipt. Standard UPS Ground packages will be received within 1-5 business days depending upon your location from Gerbs in Rhode Island. Although most online orders process and deliver within 3 to 5 business days, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. When checking out, please specify a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
