Security
At Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods, protecting your personal information is a priority. Every page on www.mygerbs.com is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so the information you send us is encrypted in transit. When you pay by card, your card details are sent directly to our payment processor over that encrypted connection and are handled entirely by them. We do not receive or store your full card number, and we never store your card security code. What we keep is limited to the card type, the last four digits, the expiry date, and a secure token issued by our payment processor. That token lets us match a payment to your order and, where you have asked us to, charge a saved card for a repeat or subscription order. It cannot be used to reconstruct your card number.
Your Privacy
At Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods, your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.
Bot Protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that helps protect our site from automated abuse, such as spam and fraudulent form submissions, without requiring you to solve a CAPTCHA. Turnstile may collect certain information from your browser and device to verify you are a real visitor. Product Reviews
We use Shopper Approved, a third-party review platform, to collect customer feedback about our products. When you complete an order, we share your name, email address, order number, state, country, and the items you purchased with Shopper Approved so that they can invite you to review your purchase. Any review you submit, including the name you provide with it, may be published on our product pages and shared by Shopper Approved on other sites. Personal Information
When you interact with us, we automatically receive and store certain types of information, such as the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, the products you purchase, or your location information associated with your IP address. The Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods (“Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Gerbs Allergy Friendly Foods mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
