Because of a 20 yo injury that was largely untreated, to be sure it was disbelieved by the many doctors after my workman comp case was closed tho i could barely walk at the time, I have been suffering from major inflammation. Changing my diet has proved that it truly matters-sugar, nightshades, and nuts are all either inflammatory for me or cause insulin ups and downs esp in the case of nuts. It is a slow process, but i can feel the inflammation lifting. Gerbs really is a shining gem in the sustenance department!! A giant step to reclaiming our temples!
