I got some defective oats from one of my last orders. Some of the oats in the bag still had the hulls on them. It ruined the cookies I made. Its only 1 of 2 bad experiences I've had since I've been buying your products over the last 9-ish years. But, I sent an email about it and never got a response. So, that was disappointing. But overall, I love Gerbs. I only buy my cocoa, oats and snack items from you guys. I have a life threatening soy allergy... it can be tricky to find safe food. And, I trust your company. Plus, you literally have the best dried fruits around. I appreciate you guys.
