Enjoy as a treat or in any recipe. The semi sweet cacao gives these dark chocolate chips a complex flavor. Compared to green tea, red wine, and many fruits and vegetables ounce for ounce, the cocoa in dark chocolate has greater flavonoid content.

Chocolate Availability Updates

We are making a limited quantity of this chocolate available as part of a small test to understand customer interest at the current price. This helps us determine whether we can sustainably offer this product going forward under today’s market conditions.

The price is higher than in the past due to significant changes in the global cacao market. Cacao costs have risen sharply as a result of supply shortages caused by weather challenges, crop disease, and reduced harvests in key growing regions. In addition, recent tariffs and import-related costs have increased the overall cost of sourcing chocolate products. These factors combined have made cacao and chocolate more expensive across the industry.

To manage availability responsibly, we will be releasing 50 units for shipment on 01/09/2026. If these sell through as expected, we plan to release another 50 units in the following weeks. Based on current supply timelines, we anticipate having access to larger quantities in early to mid-February, at which point availability may expand.
