DEELISH NUTRISH
Apple is a sweet, tart, wholesome fruit that pairs classically with sweet, spicy cinnamon. Our Cubed Cinnamon Apples bring natural apple sweetness with mild tartness, with the warmth of Cinnamon.
DRIED FRUIT
Dried fruit is fruit from which the majority of the original water content has been removed either naturally, through sun drying, or through the use of specialized dryers or dehydrators. A serving of dried apples provides nearly 20 percent of the daily value for dietary fiber. Soluble fiber helps control blood sugar levels and may lower LDL “bad” cholesterol levels, while insoluble fiber promotes a healthy digestive system.
