I love these pumpkin seeds for homemade trail mix. My son has severe nut allergies, so it is nice to find something he can have. We mix them with dried blueberries, sunflower seeds, and yogurt chips for a portable snack.

Pumpkin seeds are a great source of nutrients (zinc, tryptophan, etc) ! My son has a nut allergy so we eat them in place of nuts. I like to make a mix of pumpkin seeds, dried fruit and chocolate chips!
