It depends on the seed. Per 1 oz serving: the 5 Seed Meal has 8g, Pumpkin 7g, Sunflower 6g, Flax 5g, and Chia 4g. Because it is whole ground seed, every scoop also brings fiber and healthy fats, not just protein.
How do I use it?
